In the opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi Trinh – Vice Rector of the school said: Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment is one of the prestigious application-oriented education and training institutions in the country. . Therefore, in the training programs, there are many modules of internship, field visit, practice, and internship. The objective of these modules is to create conditions for trainees and students to learn, have practical contact with the working and production environment, and approach the solutions being applied on environmental management; natural resource management; Biodiversity; environmental monitoring and analysis; automatic monitoring stations, environmental treatment, approach solutions to respond to climate change.
In the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, the cooperation model between the University and the recruiting unit, helps the recruitment agencies to select quality human resources, develop talents based on the students’ ability. members, saving training costs. On the part of the University, through this cooperation program, the quality of training will be increasingly improved, enhanced integration, lecturers have access to the modern equipment and machinery system of enterprises through visits, work, the percentage of students doing the right industry increases; while enhancing the position of the University. From the perspective of students, they are given a clear career orientation, thereby promoting their intellect and passion for learning, being funded, accessing the real business environment and get a suitable job right after graduation.
After a period of discussion and agreement, the University of Natural Resources and Environment and businesses signed a memorandum of cooperation with the main contents including: Cooperation in building programs, updating programs train; coordinate the organization of short courses; implementing activities to support students in counseling and career orientation; visiting research institutes, doing internships, practicing subjects and doing graduation theses.
