HISTORY OF THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF BAO MINH IP GROUP
The Bao Minh Industrial Park was established as part of the national textile and garment industry development strategy of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex), in conjunction with the government’s industrial park planning and the local industrialization orientation, gradually becoming a key textile and garment industry development center in the region.
Company formation
Achieve 100% occupancy and attract investment capital.
• Number of projects: 14 projects, including 12 FDI projects (Taiwan, Japan, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, China).
• Land area: 165.5 ha
• Total investment: USD 515,204,194.
Approval granted for the expansion of Bao Minh Industrial Park.
Investment in the development of Hai Long Industrial Park (Thai Binh).
Phase 3 Implementation - Kim Thai Industrial Cluster.
• Scale: 70 ha.
Expanding the horizon - A new industrial park is planned for Ninh Binh.
